INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP IN USA (second phase)

Dear friend.

In appreciation for honoring my invitation to participate in this up coming international Workshop meetings which will bring together people from all over the globe to discusses on Social Protection and how to stop Violence in our various countries, society's, localities, schools, villages, and our homes, I will want you to contact the Workshop secretariat for more information's. They will reach you with all the necessary information's you need regarding your participation in this up coming international Workshop.

You should also inform them that you were invited to participate by a friend of yours (Miss. Patricia Brown), who is a staff of International Humanitarian Rights Organization (IHRO) and a member of American Youth 4Peace (AYP).

Do know that delegates are welcome as individuals or group to represent their country or organization. And as per stipulation of the Workshop Organizing Committee, any Organization or group of person's, willing to participate as a group must be within the range of two (2) and not more than five (5) persons to represent a country or Organization.

Be informed that the Organizing Committee is fully responsible for all registered participants traveling document (Visa), Air tickets and their accommodation here in the United State where the first phase of the Meeting will be held.

All registered participants are only responsible and to pay for their hotel booking accommodation in Africa, which is to prove to the U.S bureau immigrant affairs that delegates will attend the both phases of the Workshop, and delegates will not remain here in United State after the first phase of the meeting. And be informed that as soon as you have been register an invitation letter will be sent to you and to the US embassy in your country of resident, to enable you obtain all proper participation traveling document to attend this Workshop.

Endeavor to update me with every step you take to enable me follow up the processing of your visa Documents, as I was the one who invited you, so as for you to receive your entitled traveling documents on time.
